Sucked into silence

Pulled back

To the insides of my head

Behind my eyes

Waves of light appear

Disappear

First pearls of blue

Then magenta

 

Drawn inward into solitude

Into the house of the Self

Place of supreme stillness

In the wellspring

I discover equipoise

And the power of being

Without another
